My name is Rachel Levitt, and I am a floral design artist who is extremely passionate about providing beautiful, high quality designs to my clients for everyday enjoyment and special occasions. I have been working in the art and design field for over 20 years, in addition to earning a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts from Syracuse and a Certification in Floral Design from Temple. My professional arts background has led me to work in different facets of textile/interior design and art education; throughout all of my endeavors, I have always had a love for creating art and collaborating on projects with others.

Several years ago, as a tired mom with 2 young daughters, I decided to carve out some “me time” and signed up for a floral design class with a friend. It was truly love at first sight. Since then, I went head first into completing my certification and entering the floral design field; working with renowned floral and event companies in the Philadelphia area, I have designed for weddings in hundreds of local venues. Floral design combines my love for working with my hands, my passion for color, texture, and pattern, and my obsession with planning and styling events. It’s important to me to stay on top of trends and to constantly push myself to learn new techniques. I look at floral and event design as an art form and strive to turn every arrangement and event into a beautiful work of art.

Fun Fact:

25th and Ivy is named for my biggest inspirations, my two daughters; my older daughter’s middle name is Ivy, and my younger daughter’s birthday is on the 25th.
